I do aerial silks and I sweat a lot through that. I've been buying all of these electrolyte drinks so when I saw that there was a possible opportunity to do, you know, an easy put in the water thing, I ordered these hydration boosts, the Venturepall hydration boosts. I really like artificial orange so this was my first choice. So I just emptied it into my glass. The glass is going to be a little super concentrated. Smells like oranges. Not bad, not bad. All right, you know, I would drink this. A lot of the drinks are super, super sweet. This isn't sweet. You get a little bit of that salty flavor which makes sense. You're drinking your electrolytes but I'll give it a good like 3.5 stars out of 5.

it tastes like jolly ranchers, it's so good this is my honest review of the hydration palette electrolyte mix i actually bought two pouches of these and i'm almost done with my first one just mix it in water and enjoy and you honestly don't even need a frother sometimes i just mix it by putting the mason jar lid on cheers!

Sometimes i'm not drinking as much water as I want to i'm on the go Or I just forget to be honest with you. I have my 16 ounces of water here And i'm just gonna put this whole pack in here Oh, it smells freaking great Hold up wait This actually tastes good You don't understand i've tried stuff like this before I was bracing myself for a bad review because i've tried things like this before and They it's just not that good. Like they're really watered down and like but this Oh, man I'm adding this to my cart again
